SPBE / GovTech

To support the implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), we have been contributing to the operation, maintenance and development since 2021, with dozens of applications across various ministries and government agencies, utilizing microservice architecture and business intelligence technology. These include the Government PSE, Mail Application, SP4N Lapor, Simpel4 Ombudsman, SIMPHONI and many others. These applications are designed to support various government agencies by providing comprehensive service integration that enhances inter-agency collaboration and efficiency. This approach not only improves system interoperability but also ensures that data can be optimally processed to support smarter and more effective decision-making.

Our focus on GovTech further underscores our commitment to driving digital transformation within the public sector. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions, we empower government institutions to deliver better services, improve transparency and respond more effectively to the needs of citizens.

SEHATI

The SEHATI application, which encompasses dozens of public services, is designed to continuously adapt its services to changes in policies, needs and legal frameworks, ensuring it continues to meet user requirements. We developed this application using the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) method, Single Sign-On (SSO) technology and a workflow engine, enabling efficient data integration, more secure access and comprehensive business process automation. As a result, users can enjoy a smoother, safer experience tailored to their needs.

SIMAMPU

SIMAMPU BNPB is a web-based Pusdalops application developed using an agile development approach. This application integrates various internal BNPB data, such as Ontrust, contingency planning systems, Desk Relawan, disaster master data, logistics information and InaSAFE. Users of this application, including Pusdalops staff and other stakeholders, gain quick and accurate access to disaster information. The main function of SIMAMPU BNPB is to consolidate data into a single intuitive platform, supporting better situational analysis, faster decision-making and more efficient coordination during disaster response.

SentuhTanahKu

SentuhTanahKu is an application designed to make printing land certificates easier and more convenient through a smartphone app. We developed this application, which integrates with population and land data, using an agile development approach to ensure rapid adaptation to user needs and continuous updates. The app simplifies the process for landowners and related parties to print certificates, allowing them to manage and access land documents efficiently directly from their smartphones.

JAGA KPK

JAGA (Jaringan Pencegahan Korupsi) is a platform developed by the KPK to make it easier for the public to participate in preventing corruption with just a tap of their fingers. In addition to monitoring public services, the system also provides access to various interesting data about corruption conditions and public service data. Users can view data related to schools, village fund budgets, BOS (School Operational Assistance) and PIP (Smart Indonesia Program) funds, healthcare facilities, data related to KPK’s corruption prevention efforts. If users encounter anything that is not in accordance with regulations or is suspected of corruption, there is also a “Discussion and Complaint” feature available on JAGA.

AHU

The AHU Online application, which includes dozens of public services, is also required to continuously adapt its services in accordance with policy changes, needs and legal bases to meet user requirements. We perform maintenance on the AHU Online application, including preventive, corrective, adaptive and perfective maintenance. Additionally, we adjust and update the technical documentation for the AHU Online application whenever changes occur, with versioning applied for each billing cycle. We also maintain all API services used by ministries/agencies within the AHU Online application.
